Most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days, though we know delays can sometimes happen. If there's an issue with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking link in your confirmation email. If your order still hasn't arrived after 10 business days and you've already reached out to the courier, let us know and we'll step in to help.

We can only ship to the address provided at checkout, so please double-check your details before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, we recommend contacting the courier right away using your tracking link to request a redirect. Unfortunately, if the package is delivered to an incorrect address, we are unable to retrieve it on your behalf.
